I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel in Cape Town. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was quiet, so it didn't disturb me while I slept. I also loved the view from my room; I could see the beautiful mountains in the distance. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a nice area close to the city center. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city and trying out different dining options.
All in all, I had a great stay and couldn't find anything to fault.

We loved the hotel facilities and the friendly staff, who gave us tips on how to get around the city. The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was great, just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and bars on Kloof St. We also enjoyed the easy and cheap transportation option of using Ubers to travel more centrally.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location is ideal, surrounded by amazing bars and restaurants just around the corner within walking distance. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any inquiries. The breakfast is filling and delicious, cooked to perfection just the way you like it. The terrace offers an amazing view of the city, perfect for enjoying a sunset with complimentary refreshments. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a historical feel that adds to the serene atmosphere. You can find a fridge and microwave in the common area which is perfect for guests who would like to have a meal or two by themselves.
One minor suggestion would be to expand the range of channels on the TV for guests who would like to spend some time relaxing in the room.

Charming building in great location. Warm and friendly staff. Excellent and filling breakfasts. Perfect location, close to amenities. Beautiful terrace with sea view. Great coffee and tea selection. Useful common area facilities. Relaxed and calming atmosphere.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lot of options to choose from. There was something for everyone. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was clean with new bedding and comfortable for sleeping.
The room could have used some refurbishments. It was a bit dark and could get noisy with the street traffic outside.

The breakfasts were good and satisfying, and the location was very convenient to visit cool restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view of the seascape and the mountain range from the terrace, and it was great to have access to a fridge and microwave.
Our room was tiny and the bathroom was too small, with poor lighting and limited options for hot water which was a real bummer. The road outside was too busy and loud, which made it hard to get peaceful rest.
